They are rude have you waiting forever for someone then because I wont transfer my stuff up to Kansas from Virginia they now wont rent to me. Emily actually hung up on me and told me she wasnt going to rent to me. i will never send anyone to them nor will I ever use them. They have the worst customer service ever
