I would like to just say that Martha, the manager has a very good attitude great customer service and people skills! And Rent-A-Center should employ more people like her. I had a great experience with Rent-A-Center in Chula Vista. The staff went above and beyond, especially Julio, Jose, and Elsa, who provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I bought a sofa that may not fit in my living room , but instead of leaving me without options, they immediately worked on solutions and recommended a replacement sofa that better fit my needs. Horrible customer service I’m currently renting out a phone that was supposedly new and the battery life is worn out, I talked to Elyssa store manager to talk about pricing as I thought it was unfair to pay such high price for a refurbished item marked as new. I loved my experience here and especially the staff! Found what i was looking for right away they were very informative and helpful not to mention they made it feel like family! The delivery was super professional, they were the sweetest and they actually care about making sure everything goes smoothly! I will definitely be back here and I highly recommend getting furniture from them they will also order what it is you are looking for. Thank y’all so much for being great.
Always very happy with our purchases/deliveries we have been renting to own with this location for about 4 years now the whole team is amazing caring and really love what they do we just want to say thank you to Elisa Luis Julio and martha for all that you do and taking care of us every time!
