I stopped in the rent a center in Mattoon IL, on Wednesday the 24th at about 4-4:45pm, Becca helped me get what I needed. She did a PHENOMENAL job making sure I understood everything and helping me get everything situated and good to go! Travis is awesome to rent from he is very understanding of life happening!! That kid they have working in their Connor Cline hes so helpful and friendly!
I was helped by Becca at the store in Matton Illinois she was outstanding. She made the process easy and was able to get me everything I needed without any problems. I will be buying more and recommending friends and family to shop there with her.
I have went with rent acenter for many years and have bought alot thri them . And never had any issues I'm ky but Illinois Mattoon is a different story. Always been a good customer .. and always paid off everything and always on time. But had surgery. And just needed a little time to make a payment. . And they didn't want to help me. At all. Treated me like a criminal It will be the last time I ever use them for anything.
If I could give the 0 stars I would. Online payments won't let you make any type of payment, unless it's a full payment. I guess they don't want paid until I have ALL the money.... Need to learn to work with people, and I don't like talking to any of the rude employees Mattoon store has. The voicemails i recieve are rude and consesending... Ever since Josh left just its been terrible!!! I can't wait to be done with them!! NEVER AGAIN‼️‼️‼️‼️
