So yeah nothing like getting ghosted when you're trying to make a purchase. So I took my business to Aaron's and they handled me righteously. Never again!

The staff here goes above and beyond. The two times I needed their services it was at the last minute during a holiday and they were there, fast, and delivered! The manager Tory Brooks even took extra time to explain to me about a new agreement they did not need to do. This staff is definitely in the right business! Top customer service

By far the worst manager and the worst delivery guys ever. The delivery guys come to pick up items. I refused to let them in my house, first off I work from home and nobody is allowed while my computer is unlocked due to the job I do have. He sat there and knocked on my door over and over harassing my dog through the window. Went through the trash on my porch and took things that was not theirs. I appreciate Tori from N. Church St., Burlington Rent-A-Center for assisting me and helping me with my leasing agreement. He was very respectful and patient. I am just awaiting my delivery.
