This Rent-A-Center is great! I needed refrigerator because mine stopped working and Robert was awesome. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind to work with throughout with the entire process!! This is the second time I've dealt with this store and the first time was just as good! Thank you Robert!! 😊

I was approved for a contract and made my first payment before I was told that I needed to supply my lease and 3 most recent pay stubs. This is frustrating and borderline predatory. I will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Changing to one star because after calling back the next day I was told there were even more steps that had to be taken to finish this transaction. Absolute terrible experience at the local Rent-A-Center. The process still don’t have possession of the PlayStation five I’m trying to rent. I’ve literally given over more documents than I did when I bought my last vehicle for this video game. Went to rent a speaker the other day at RAC and had the best experience when dealing with the employee there! Celia went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and made the process quick and easy! Not only did she have the item that we were looking for, but she was also very helpful with any other questions that we had being It was our first time in Vegas.
