Delivery guys chipped our dresser and put a hole in our floor. Then called us saying we missed payment when our account shows us not having a payment due till next month and the district manager was extremely rude. We will pay for what we have but we will not be buying everything else from them if I could award negative stars I would
This Rent-A-Center is great! I needed refrigerator because mine stopped working and Robert was awesome. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind to work with throughout with the entire process!! I was approved for a contract and made my first payment before I was told that I needed to supply my lease and 3 most recent pay stubs. This is frustrating and borderline predatory. I will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Changing to one star because after calling back the next day I was told there were even more steps that had to be taken to finish this transaction. Absolute terrible experience at the local Rent-A-Center. The process still don’t have possession of the PlayStation five I’m trying to rent. I’ve literally given over more documents than I did when I bought my last vehicle for this video game.
