I was approved for a contract and made my first payment before I was told that I needed to supply my lease and 3 most recent pay stubs. This is frustrating and borderline predatory. I will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Changing to one star because after calling back the next day I was told there were even more steps that had to be taken to finish this transaction. This Rent-A-Center is great! I needed refrigerator because mine stopped working and Robert was awesome. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind to work with throughout with the entire process!! This is the second time I've dealt with this store and the first time was just as good! Thank you Robert!! 😊

Went to rent a speaker the other day at RAC and had the best experience when dealing with the employee there! Celia went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and made the process quick and easy! Not only did she have the item that we were looking for, but she was also very helpful with any other questions that we had being It was our first time in Vegas. If you lose your job good luck they don't try to work out arrangements they just want to collect the money now and that's why people evade them if I don't have the money and I'm telling when I can pay you should agree to that. Majority of the items there are over priced and by the time you pay it off you have paid them well over 3 times of what it's actually worth.
