Great place and great people. The manager Rick is awesome and he works with you in all aspects from needing something fixed and trouble with payments. The staff is amazing. Carol Ann and Rick are FABULOUS!! The professionalism coupled with the personal attention made me feel like I was their customer. Carol Ann and Rick both in different ways went above and beyond to help me! Had a great chat with Carol Ann she spent her time chatting it up with me while she helped me at the same time! Disgusting company. Inquired about a washer and dryer. Got sold a deal, gave my debit card information, deposit taken, very unprofessional delivery man shows up at my house and tells me no way can a washer and dryer fit in my apartment. He didn't use a measuring tape, used a wsshing machine belt and his own estimate. Doesn't even consider the fact that I have a much wider back door. Told me there is no hook up.
