Enid was absolutely amazing! Her customer service went above and beyond my expectations. She was patient, attentive, and made sure all my questions were answered with a smile. It’s rare to find someone so kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping customers. Enid made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable—I truly appreciate her outstanding service. She deserves recognition for the wonderful job she’s doing!
Let me start off by saying I put a lot of thought on this review but ultimately, people need to know to stay away from this one and use a different RAC. I have never met a more vile, vicious, and rude person as the one who runs this location. She makes fun of the disabled, schedules things knowing full well that you’re going to be late and then says “oh well, you figure it out.” I have filed a complaint with the 800 support team. Enid at the Bristol location is absolutely amazing!!! I was have a little hardship and Enid gave me some great options!! She is always professional, helpful and so very understanding!!! So grateful for her and her staff!!!! 10/10 stars!!!
I would also like to say for even from the beginning of my experience the first couch I got wasn’t that their fault because it wouldn’t fit the second one all corners were ripped smelled like somebody died in it and they brought a brand new one, but it just basically fell apart within two months so like I said in the other review went to errands they gave me a brand new leather couch wooden tables for 130 a month come on what would you do in my case?
The staff and the manager Enid are amazing. I had some trouble keeping up due to job loss from government funding cuts and she worked out an amazing deal to get me back on track. Truly grateful for this support and their kindness and understanding is immeasurable. Thank you Enid and Bristol Rent-A-Center staff!
