Yolanda is never there, it’s always she’ll be back in 30 minute, not sure how she’s a sales manager. Philip is supposed to another manager not sure how when he gives out false information. However Mike is clearly the glue of this place. He is very professional & answers the phone everytime as well. The others just let it ring.
They are very caring patient and kind and go the extra miles for me. I’ve been a customer with them for about ten years.
Literally late by FOUR DAYS because i recieved a new card and forgot to update auto pay. THEY SHOW UP TO YOUR DOORSTEP BANGING ON YOUR DOOR! Soooo ridiculous. Actually am so glad I didn't do the early purchase option. Never felt more harassed!!! Plus scared the crap out of my 8 year old daughter!!! NOT COOL RENT A CENTER
Kinda like harassment false allegations and taking opportunity to take advantage of young adults or even customers wanting to rent something alone using scare tactics to forcefully collect payments... I love RAC and the quality of items they offer I wish the staff was the same, at the end of the day we all have a job to do so I guess but look forward to paying off my account soon!
I have been in the hospital sick from Covid and pneumonia in both lungs for over 3 weeks and when I called and spoke with them I was advised they would work with me on my payments (which they never did). I called 3 months in a row to be removed from reoccurring payments prior to getting sick and was NEVER removed. Two months in a row they charged my account without permission and today they did it again. I called to speak with them and was talked to extremely rude!
