I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a joke, my item was supposed to be delivered yesterday & when I called today the stupid idiot guy said “ we will deliver it by 3pm today” I said but it was supposed come yesterday & can you confirm my address because it’s showing an old address & mind you I called when I placed the order to make sure the address was correct. I would give this zero stars but that’s not an option. I made an order for a sectional 8/26. I made a payment 8/26 and spoke to customer service and the store manager 8/27 and made another payment. I was told my sectional would be delivered 8/30. I made arrangements and moved everything around for them to come. No one ever showed up, I called customer service and canceled the order they said it has to be processed by the store a manger and they contacted her. They let me know she would process a cancellation and refund. I ... read more
My experience is always great. The delivery people are always on time and very attentive. The manager Millie is always 10 steps ahead and always is communicative. She always make sure that I understand everything. Thank you Rent-A-Center for always being great to me and my family.
I needed a recliner for a friend who had open heart surgery. I worked with Millie over the phone for everything. She was very accommodating. She made everything very easy for me which I appreciated so much. There was a problem with the delivery, but no fault of theirs. Google took them to the wrong address. Even when I spoke to her after that to cancel the contract, Millie was still pleasant and accommodating. I definitely recommend this Rent-A-Center.
VERY…. Poor customer service after u get the merchandise, not to mention I paid for my delivery and never got it exact time or day weeks later to the point the Manager Millie drove my Device in her own car because she stated her delivery guy quit on her last minute then gets there to my house with no remote so now I had to wait another whole week for the remote to get dropped off so with that being said I still was able to keep my attitude and my frustration at a good place, so now that I missed a payment not even one or two... read more
