It was a great experience Mary rose was the one with whom I spoke to and made the agreement with. She was very nice and she was amazing with keeping it simple and easy to understand that it was quickly started and finished with.
The associates did great and were helpful, I rated four stars because the bed frame I had wanted wasn't available and I was never able to get it. It. But the associates were great!
When I was moving the men from RAC came to pick up my furniture to hold it they dropped my loveseat and laughed as they put it in the truck. I called to get it back set a date and then discovered the date they would deliver was changed because they gave my time frame to someone else..I said fine then a week later it snowed so I asked to wait a couple days for the safety of the delivery people. We set another date. They came to deliver the furniture and I noticed they had changed the feet of the love seat and it sat a lot... read more
The guys are 100%real, down to earth, and most of all know what it's like out here. They have trust in people who do the right thing by then. So keep in touch with your rent a center they will treat you right you're family. That's real talk.
The staff was so nice and it was so easy for me to go in and get the things and everything signed
