my washer had broke, I called and they said they would give me a replacement while mine was in service. well here it is two weeks later the day that the advance was suppose to be here I went down to figure out what is going. well the GM was in there I said I'm to the point I'm ready to return them because I haven't had nothing but issues and no resolution. he got loud and said thats fine I'll just go get a van and get it right now. no apology no sympathy of being without a washer for two weeks. just ok I don't want to deal w... read more

they are rude and horrible money gready people who take things away from families with children like fridges and stoves and washer dryers dont give people when covid hit or having a baby
