I will say as for a rent to own place this is on of the ones that has a Quality of products. they are the most understanding rent to own place in my town if you can't pay a month they will try to work with you if the thing you thing you are renting from them and it is not a fit then they will try to find the best fit. TRUST ME I KNOW!
I’ve had a horrible experience with Rent A Center and Sturgis Michigan. I would not suggest anyone ever going in there to purchase anything. I purchased a portable whirlpool dishwasher. There was a problem with the dishwasher that was never resolved. It wasn’t working correctly. And because of my anger, I chose not to pursue having Rent A Center fix the problem. So I kept it. if zero stars was an option i would give it. my brother in law went in to make a payment on a couch and Bryan the store manager at rent a center was so disrespectful. my brother wanted a receipt of his payment and Bryan refused to accept his money and then Bryan proceeded to slam the laptop on the desk and got loud with my brother. if you plan to go through rent a center i would go the extra 30 minutes to coldwater and go through them.
I have been taking my time to decide what is just right and everyone has been so nice to me
Just no, don't do it, no payment plan is worth paying 4x to 10x FMV, the staff are good people it's not their fault.
