I ordered a bunkbed 3 weeks ago online. I Paid for a special that was going on for that week it’s said the beds would be delivered by 3-15-24 i reached out to the store that was listed n they said they don’t have my items because my order was done by corporal so i would have to come to the store and do it alll over i said wow you see my name, address also my order but i did my online so that does not matter i guess ..I still never received my money back or any help .
My experience was with a sales rep...named Nadriah. This young lady was very professional and very attentive to the needs of customers...... I was there as a technician and she really exceeded my expectations of customer service...... Great success moving forward... Kevin
The ladies in the Maryland Avenue store are WONDERFUL. They went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed and had product knowledge to let me know the difference in what I was looking for. I had no clue. Shopping for my teenage son in 2022 is very difficult. But they made it easy for me at I time when I was frustrated and overwhelmed. Thanks alot Nicol W. and Zuleima R. FOR EVERYTHING.
