The manger John is very rude and they harass you every week for just 26 dollars I asked him if he could please wait till next week that I will make the payment he tells me no that theyre picking the appliances today mind you I pay my bill all the time and have a balance of 400 something paid already we asked him if they pick up the appliances can we put what we paid for towards something cheaper and he tells me no never again once I'm done with this purchase
No communication at all the manager Ken blamed it on one employee not showing up to work. I waited at home for five hrs for a phone call or them to show up and got nothing. That's pretty bad for a company of there size that one employee can disrupt there day. Will never have to worry about that again. Please take you're business somewhere else don't waste your time here.
