Mandy is AWESOME! I called this location and asked about a short term rental on a recliner. I Had a Mommy Makeover and I have no idea what I would have done without this lift/power recliner. The process was super easy and the delivery was just as AWESOME!

The harassment is next level and ridiculous. Even when you are not late they will spam call you day of payment until it’s made.

I hate to be posting this review because we used to have a good experience with RAC. There have been a few times where we've been a few days behind on our payments and RAC was informed of this. They used to be very accommodating and understanding. We ALWAYS make our payments. We currently have ongoing issues with a former employer not paying wages like they should be. I've been renting from the Rent-A-Center in Franklin TN. for some time now, and it's been a great experience. They have good prices and great deals all the time. They even have things that are free for 1 month, no charge! I want to thank Ashley and Mandy for all their help and kindness. They're the best! P.S. Austin, the guy who does the delivery and pick up is a great guy. Very friendly and courteous!

I have been working with Heather Slayton since 2014. She is extremely good at her job. She represents her company at the highest standards.
