Filled everything out and no call back nothing. Only an email about a bill, even tho we don't have anything of rent a center's. Poor customer service follow up.
Ray and James have went ABOVE and beyond for my fiance and I. So much that we both had leases with them because they were wonderful! Their install team for our washer and dryers were extremely quick and reliable. We had an issue with our couch cushions made incorrectly and for months ray went back and forth with the factory and went on to sending replacement coushion covers and a tech to correctly install the Velcro. Idk about all locations but the Sterling Heights store is amazing. Very friendly and Professional. I would highly recommend this store. Amber, Brittany, and Brandon I've delt with and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I can say that matter to most but very much does to me. Thank You All
