They literally start calling you first thing in the morning on the day your payment is due and are not willing to work with you if you get a little bit behind. I lived in Clarksville and bought and paid off multiple items from the rent a center there and the staff was great and didnt immediately start harassing you the day your payment is due. Once I pay off the items I have I will absolutely never use this location again.
Was just looking for something temporary. The Rental process was simple. The delivery was on time. There was a problem with the dryer. James took it back to the office and came back with a brand new one the same day. This is my second time renting from them. Both times I've been extremely satisfied
Had tried to get an agreement on line for a laptop went through the process for the store to deny me because a former staff member put me in a do not rent to list due to the supposed unfair treatment of her goddaughter. 4 days later I was charged for the product I never received when I called to ask the store manager Natalie was extremely rude and argumentative when I was nice as possible to her. This place needs to either shut down or get complete new staff!!!
Do NOT use this place! We paid $4,000 for a new washer and dryer set for my husbands elderly parents and with only a couple payments left until it’s fully paid off they came to their apt and intimidated them and bullied them into giving the washer and dryer back. I called the lady and told her the payment was made and there was a ZERO balance and she said “we will be reversing the payment and keeping the washer and dryer” then she HUNG UP ON ME. Everyone I have dealt with has been so helpful and amazing! Didn’t catch anyones name but the delivery guys made sure everything was hooked up ready to go. The store manager call me about 10 minutes after they left to check to see how things went. She was super friendly and helpful and said to call her if I had any problems. I’m excited to have a new washer and dryer and be able to pay weekly until I can purchase.
