My delivery was terrible, my fridge was damaged by the people delivering and no one even made an attempt to make it right. The staff that delivered were confrontational and rude. I will never get anything from them again.
The manager at the Inkster location is amazing! She goes above and beyond and will make sure you are well taken care of while still doing her job professionally! Highly recommend visiting her store.
Hands down the worst customer service i've ever seen. I have multiple contracts with RAC, I always pay my bills on time. My fridge stopped working and they brought me a replacement while my fridge was " going to be fixed". The fridge I was given was no where near as nice as my original one that I paid for. I called every week for months asking if my fridge was fixed, finally I was told it had been fixed and mark the former GM had sold it to someone else and forged my name on the contract for my replacement fridge.
