Aaron was great, he stayed after his shift to deliver my two couches and mattress up 3 flights of stairs . Latonya was amazing too, I ordered my furniture late Saturday and it was delivered Monday. They are great .

Melissa and her team were so helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me some great suggestions and many options. She was extremely easy to work with. My items were delivered in perfect condition when they said they would be there! What a great experience!
Melissa was such a delight and reassured me that I would be able to get my mattress in time. It made the whole process for my fiancé and I so much better and we will definitely be purchasing through y’all again :)
The store couldn't see my online application (that I did to save time in store) so rather than look harder, had me do the whole thing from the begging, including looking up my references, pay info, etc. Then, took about an hour for them to figure out how to email me the documents to sign. Computer didn't even have all of the cords needed and still haven't heard from them after they ordered them.
