On today 8/8 I went to the location at 4737 highway 6 north in Houston and spoke with a representative named Juan! I was disenchanted with my initial experience and had spoken with a representative to cancel my order for a gaming computer. He informed me since I used a debit card that I had to COME BACK to the store (which is 30 mins away) and receive a refund.
