This store Manger like to scam people I paid my watch off 2 months ago and they still took out payment that I don’t even owe.This place has went down hill since new manger. I will never go here again …….
Ordered a washer online took the first payment and then turned around And said that you were not able to go through with the agreement when I called and asked on why not was told they’re not able to give me a specific reason which I don’t understand if it’s my money then went on to say she could not verify information that was given, but I don’t understand how when I gave her all the information and has been very rude the past week
They have the most rudest customer service ever. I got hung up on multiple times and got called a liar cause they couldn’t verify my information. They would tell me one thing but my co-applicant and boss something completely different. Refused to deliver my couch after I made an initial payment plus two more payments. Now they are refusing do refund me my money. I’ve never had problems with rent a center, and I’ve been going through them for years. I don’t know why I’m having such issues now. Do not go here!!!
Received damaged and missing items that were never replaced or taken off my bill. The day the payment was due (not late, the day payment was due) I began getting calls around 10am and it would be every hour until the store closed. I got off work and made my payments online but because I was at work and they would call me or sometimes even my supervisor I got reprimanded many times.
