Staff is so mean if you are late. Worst customer service ever. I will never rent anything from this place again. Worse than bill collectors if you are even a week late. Do not purchase anything from the Warren location! Any unexpected delays in payment will leave you in tears! They will stalk you! And yell at you!
Today an employee that claims he's name is Dorian called me. I informed him I spoke with a young lady about a week ago and he asked me if the person sounded black or white which I consider racist because you can't tell someones ethnicity by their voice. Then he goes to tell me I was just recently locked up which is completely false information. Smh this is alarming seeing how he deals with people on the regular. And also after he speaks with me he harasses my family that I put done which is very unprofessional
I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. This store is the best location in Michigan. They strive to provide excellent service and more. Steve is wonderful and always efficient. All the employees are kind as well. I recommend going to this store anytime. You will get what you need and more.
Over a year ago I went to this location to rent a fridge. Service was outstanding at that time. However, within the past month nothing but poor sour service. I couldn't make a payment on my scheduled day, of course they blow up your phone. I called and scheduled a payment, right after that I was informed by a friend that they were being called concerning me & my payment. I was livid & called not only the store but their corporate. Finally! Everyone in the store is nice and has great customer service. They are quick to help solve problems, find the things you want and treat you with respect. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my he household needs.
