Store manager sets the tone for a lot. Had a situation after my partner of 20 yrs tragically passed. Answered my phone and explained my situation. So I thought. She sent her amazing guys to run me has if I was even a week late. Hell on NYE I believe day 2 of being late and spoke w her that same day. 98% of the time you get great customer service. The manger Phil and the young African American guy are excellent. I'm disable and my husband got in an accident. They offered to come out and help me with him. You don't get treated like that every day. Outstanding !!!
Khadijah was wonderful. Very sweet and knowledgeable. She helped us find exactly what we were shopping for and set up our payment plan to suit our needs.
I have been harassed and my account was discussed with another person who I did not authorize to speak on my behalf. Now they are harassing me with the police and scaring my children. They also are harassing me at work and I almost lost my job because of the constant calls
