Camille was absolutely amazing! We only had conversations over the phone but when I tell you she went above and beyond.. I ordered a sectional and the wrong thing was delivered, which I sent back and she told me she had to special order the sectional so she did. Before you know it the sectional was in my living room and I love it!!! Amazing customer service

Miguel, the manager, is incredibly accommodating, helpful, and polite! My past experiences with Rent-a-Center five years ago weren’t the best, especially with customer service and some gruff attitudes during late payments or collection calls. However, working with Miguel and his wonderful staff has been a breath of fresh air. Kenny, the delivery person, and everyone else have made each interaction so delightful. This place will not in business for long. And when this day come, we can rejoice. I've been loyal customer for 5 years, getting several of their products over the years. The operation of this place, the management style, and misleading information. Over the years, I've seen employees come and go. Just imagine the chaos within this organization. I rented a ps4 with them, king size bed, and laptop and paid them all off, I have been using this location for the past two years. The owner is always so nice and helpful to me. I just got a 75 inch TV and the delivery was the next day, great customer service, and they definitely work hard to keep there customers happy. Thanks RENT A CENTER!!! I can definitely say, I’ll always be your loyal customer. 🙂🙂 I did have a rough start, but after a long time of renting with them, they have gotten so much better!!
