The manger is really sweet & a very good sells man but it’s a lady i cant really remember her name but she isn’t at all helpful, she didn’t call me ahead of time nor did she schedule a time to drop off my furniture. I left the house for a second & thats when they finally arrived to deliver my furniture i then turned around to come let them in & they were gone when i made it i called to see if they could come back because i literally took 5 minutes at the most to arrive home & She wasn’t helpful at all!! The manager is very helpful but if he is not there you will get bad customer service. We got a living room set they said would be delivered Saturday no Time. So we call to let them know to call so we can be there. They called when they were on our street no one was home so they said they can't come back to Monday between 3-5.. We jus want a refund.
The sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
There was no follow up after the account was created to see if i needed any help or guidance maneuvering their website
I love my salesperson she worked with me tremendously to get what I needed quickly and in a wonderful personality , thank you so much cass but on the other hand after doing business they are very unprofessional once you’ve already started your contract with them, well my my local store does this and will blow your phone up to pay but whenI arrive to pay doors are locked still after 20 mins of supposed to be opened time with 5 workers inside. Not professional
