The store manager Lionel is very rude and mean. I had not dealt with him in the days leading up to my furniture being delivered. He kept jumping in and cutting off me and the staff I was on the phone talking with. He was so loud in the background I couldn't hear the staff I was on the phone with. When he did get on the phone he was irate and literally made me cry and have a panic attack he made the situation that overwhelming. It was so bad I asked to cancel all my orders. This is the worst place to get furniture from when I tell you they so unprofessional and will just bring you any type of furniture not the one you pick out the one they want to bring was highly upset I ask for a king and got a queen still have it they say they looking for me one and it been a month and plz don’t go to the dude with the glasses his name is Shaq always trying to run game I advise anyone to go to furniture express they got me in and out and were so welcoming in over all run I see why they don’t get business
I can share about my delivery experience with this location. I don't remember the names of the two delivery men unfortunately, but they were so professional and polite. The bed frame I ordered was very complicated to piece together but they got it done and had a great attitude. Also, I appreciated so much that they took the empty boxes with them and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. The woman that works there is really friendly and helpful as well. I definitely recommend this location for your furniture needs.
Everything either breaks or falls apart the minute it is paid off and how do you hold someone responsible for a product that they were buying but was stolen? I will never in my life deal with this company again
The absolute worst rent-a-center in history. This place is absolute garbage. Please do not go inside. Do not work with these people. They collected payment, scheduled a delivery, and called between my delivery hours (5 days later) to tell me that I would not be receiving a bed.
