I spoke to Thomas at the Ellsworth, ME store to set up a short term rental and he was very helpful and patient. Really appreciated his customer service
It’s a great place to rent from employees are nice helpful definitely not disappointed
Have been calling all day to get them to remove their security lock on my laptop, I paid it off 6 months ago and they said to leave it on till they send a signal or code to remove it. I cant drive so I have to call them. Now the laptop is breaking from not being shut off. Getting errors and forced reboots. Customer service sucks.
Impressed with how quick and easy the whole process was everything from the helpful employees to the quality products. And the best part was how fast the whole.process was
The guys here all great very friendly and helpful. If your in need of something and they don't have it in the store they'll do everything they can to find it and order it for you.
