I have received pieces to my king-size bed and I’m currently paying $2000 for and it’s been two months and have you had to receive any pieces to my bed and now the support bar to my king size bed is broken completed. This is unacceptable and I would not be paying for a bill that is not complete. An I had to use zip ties to secure my bed

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. I purchased a Whirlpool steam dryer, and it is completely unacceptable that Rent A Center did not hook up the washer and dryer to ensure everything was functioning properly. As a result, I am now left with the inconvenience of paying for a splitter and an additional hose. This treatment of customers, especially those spending a significant amount of money, is simply not acceptable. The customer service was horrible, the staff just sat behind the desk and didn't even acknowledge us until we approached the counter.

I want to thank the team here for making everything smooth and communicating effectively. I had a bad experience previously trying purchase from another company (not RAC). This was a relief and your delivery team was awesome according to my wife. Thank yall again!!!
