My refrigerator stopped working a couple days ago called up Rent-A-Center Middletown spoke to Sonia not only did she hook me up with a fridge that fits the space better but matches all of my other Samsung appliances better than my current fridge ever did. And she got it delivered to me in 48 hours because my fridge had broken. 10 out of 10 will go back to Sonia when I need to replace my stove which should be pretty soon. We have had bad experiences in the past but we took a chance and we called and placed an order with Sonia in the middletown store she went over and beyond and got our order fulfilled and scheduled this week.
I am beyond satisfied with the customer service I received from the Middletown ct location. Bill is the best ! And so is his team!
