I’d like to say that when I called for information on a desktop walked me through on which one is best and told me on how the agreement would work with them , I also had to return the product because someone I got me a desktop two days after. Cindy and the store manager was super nice with me was a great job by them.

Ever since we been customers at this location we had such a good experience at first. There is a gentleman who works there i believe he's the assistant and has always been so helpful. There is another women there who is also very helpful. I believe she just works at the front but such a nice girl. But when it comes to management Emily? she's not professional, she's very rude. The store manager Emily is absolutely rude and argued with customers. Harassing because one payments wasn’t paid on time saying she’d have her employees banging at my door every day all day. Then the employees just walking up into the house.

Been renting from them for awhile love there stuff it helps me out because I can't afford to buy right out no complaints

I had a good experience and your manager. Emily was fantastic treating me great I have been a Rent-A-Center customer for over 10 years and I had the best experience with Emily as a manager, then with anybody else.
