Mr. Leo and Mr. Gene at store# 01166 delivered my order with absolute care. We had some issues with the delivery times and the communication, but they worked hard to make everything work out. Going in the store, they helped us find what we liked and took their time explaining the agreements and answering all of our questions. I've ordered from rent a center before and would be using them again in the future. We very grateful for these two men and hope to work with them again.

Dont come here they literally double charge you and then tell you to ignore it. And they will keep cutting you off when you try to speak. Deal with a better company

This place is a joke. Straight-up scammers. They’ll take your money and then refuse to refund you. My dad was approved for a $2000 credit for furniture, and we paid the down payment for a midnight sectional we wanted delivered. Our delivery was set for September 25th, and after paying, we thought everything was good to go. We wanted to add a TV, but every time we asked, they said they didn’t have any, and no other stores had them either. Total lie, because we called around and other stores had TVs in stock. Yessy was just so amazing and patient with me. It took a few days in a row once we started working together in finding the perfect merchandise I wanted to gift myself for my home office and she made it easy! I was worried about the cost since I know interest can be high along with payments but she gave me a good deal and at a price that is higher than average but not too steep that I couldn’t justify the cost.
