This place is a joke. Straight-up scammers. They’ll take your money and then refuse to refund you. My dad was approved for a $2000 credit for furniture, and we paid the down payment for a midnight sectional we wanted delivered. Our delivery was set for September 25th, and after paying, we thought everything was good to go. Yessy was just so amazing and patient with me. It took a few days in a row once we started working together in finding the perfect merchandise I wanted to gift myself for my home office and she made it easy! I was worried about the cost since I know interest can be high along with payments but she gave me a good deal and at a price that is higher than average but not too steep that I couldn’t justify the cost.
It sucked i walked in to the store and the guy the was their didn't even greet me properly I got a what do want response I ask the guy if I can pay and set everything there at the store and he said no worst customer service I have received
Hands down best experience I've had with a furniture company. I placed an order online and was contacted by a women named Janey, she told me all about there payment plans & documentation that was needed. I was a little skeptical but she kinda won me with paying weekly, because she's right I rather have $30 a week than one big amount monthly.
