Female sales rep was awesome upon purchase - and worked with me in a humane manner - So this one star rating is a direct reflection of their store “manager” Adam who lacks the empathy and communication skills to speak kindly with the clients who PAY his bills. I just asked a simple question on options for people who need extensions, and he goes on to tell me you only made 2 payments and I will need to get “my items “ on Friday. Ordered some couches and the delivery took way longer than expected. There was horrible communication. I sat at home waiting for hours just for the delivery to be postponed for the next day. Then the next day the delivery comes late without any sort of heads up. This is my last time doing business with this rent a center.
This Rent a Center will steal your money. I had put in an order for a ps5 but wasn't able to get it. I tried canceling it once before and they said, "no no no it's fine, we can give you one extra week, and if you still need a refund, we can get that to you." Well...that week went by, and nothing has changed, yet they didnt return my money
Manager hangd up on you for asking questions and cancels your order. When you ask a question they have problems answering. Just rude all the way around. Do not reccomend this specific store to anyone!
Rudest female sales rep and manager I have ever encountered. Read my review from Lynnwood, this place went downhill FAST. Will NEVER use RAC again in my entire life, purely based on my interactions with 1 woman and 1 man that were more interested in being right, than actually keeping/gaining a good customer. I have VIP/Diamond status and could've gotten 4 weeks free with zero down, but their insistence on being 'right' was more important to them.
