I bought a PS5 last year in September right before the hurricane, I have never missed a payment and often paid several payments in advance. When my ex moved out of my house, he stole it along with pretty much everything else in my house. The staff here knew that and had interactions with him trying to retrieve the PS5. Phone never answered! One time it was, manager too busy to talk to me. Said he would call back in 40 minutes. I work all night and sleep during day but I stayed up until the store closed… no call back. Been trying to get them for 6 weeks now. Quit paying thinking they would call me because hadn’t paid. Nope. Failure to deliver a couch cause driveway was inaccessible , fedex was dropping a package , when they came back by driveway was clear but they proceeded back to store
We ordered a set of appliances and they never called. We had to call . Second time we called about delivery. Guy said I'm only person working and was rude as hell. Poor store. Don't use this store at all. 891 Patton Ave. Asheville nc
