If I could give zero stars I would! I’m a customer of the Griffin location and was sent to them to pick up a speaker they had the manager was not very willing to give up from what I heard on the phone. When I got there we realized it wouldn’t fit in my car. The speaker is bigger than we expected. We were interested in another smaller speaker they had. A joke if I could give a zero star I would never have I had good experience with this location! Go to any other place but them not only have my payments jumped off schedule with no fault of mines they wanted me to keep paying more to get back on track then I ordered something off line so I wouldnt have to deal with this location. Absolutely disgusting service. Do NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I tried to be transferred to a different store and ended up being stuck here. Crystal was extremely rude when we first spoke, constantly cutting me off, very smart responses while trying to answer her questions and canceled my order with out saying anything to me. When I realized I had to use this store I asked to speak to someone else. Which is how I got to Manny. Management here sucks avoid this rent a center at all costs
After filling out all necessary paperwork and providing proof of income, the washer and dryer set which was promised, on 3 different days, we ended up going to pick the set up. Upon entering the store, the employee we were dealing with, when confronted with the promises made....due to the missed deliveries, instantly became combative, rude and insulting. The Manager did very little to diffuse the situation. If you would like to pay for or experience the worst customer service, make sure you stop in and see the folks there.
