This store get no star. The manager or associate that been there for years is illegally tell other people about your personal information. I don't remember his name but he is the one with the eyes. No disrespect to his condition but that the only way I remember him. He is rude and should not be dealing with customers. He has no right tell people the outcome of someone application results with Rent a Center. No only did he tell the results of my application but he also describe the kind of car I drive. Very rude if you catch them at a bad time. My family and I were yelled out of a store and were basically called disrespectful scumbags just because we entered the store asking to rent a mattress. Apparently the store was supposed to be closed with no shutters down, lights on, and unlocked doors. The store owner informed us that there's no time to complete the process as he wanted to go home, so I turned to my mom and told her to come back Monday and asked for my ID to leave and the store owner took that moment to go on a swe... read more

My first time going to a Rent-A-Center and it was a great experience. The customer service was great!! They are very professional and helped me with what I needed!! I will be coming back in the future.

Love this place, clean environment and Jessica's customer service is outstanding. Thanks for making my Christmas 🎄 Been with this store 3 years now and my place is awesome. Always have everything I need.
