Let me just start by saying communication sucks , secondly I called over two weeks ago and asked for a sectional said it’s the same price as online she said she wasn’t sure an she couldn’t promise me I’ve been w rent a canteen for a long time . Then haven’t heard nothing back . This place is a joke . Then she said we are corporate not franchise so our taxes are higher and can’t change the day of payment . They have been good to me with all my payments work with me they need a receptions that way somebody can answer the phone when they're busy that way, they can take the customers information.
Really great workers here.I bought a brand new couch. I use the same as cash for a year. Then I will pay it off in less than a year with my tax money. I also bought a used dryer for only $350. That looks new and works great.I am very pleased with their service.
The new district manager and his policy is completely out of touch. The actual staff at the store are great. Been a customer since 2020 and paid off multiple items. Was 5 days late because the debit card we use on auto pay became compromised. Called and informed store, and chose to just go ahead and pay today from a credit card( which we prefer not to do). Get home and see a truck outside with a note on my door. That is embarrassing and unacceptable for only being 5 days late with almost a 4 year positive rental history. Had... read more
