Terrible service, I was told by a store manager that no longer works there . I also had walls damaged on my walls from Marcus delivering a washer and dryer I will be posting thoes as well. Either you receive damaged items or have your items damaged in the delivery. Definitely do not recommend
I was approved for my tv and sectional and literally 2 days before my delivery of September 23rd,2025 I get a call stating that I’m denied and they can’t deliver my items that I already put money down for in advance. Wasn’t a great experience at all
I was sold a couch on the website marked new and was called by another employee shortly before delivery that it was broken and that both store managers knew. I have filled out and provided so much duplicate information at this point and the “verification” department is JUST now requesting info even though this process started almost 2 weeks ago. I’ve been a RTC for years back home in Washington but I have never experienced this amount of unorganized chaos and crappy service before. Still patiently waiting for a couch
Having has been such a huge help while here shopping in the store not only did he help me get my payments processed which is what I initially came in for he helped me pick out the perfect piece of furniture to complete my room! He was fast, gentle, far from pushy, very direct and I feel like he genuinely helped me get the best deal! I would highly recommend I’ve always had pleasant encounters here at this location!
They bad customers service rude I was looking for some items walked into the store they seen me come in but ignored me trouble customer service lost a good customer. There to busy walking around doin nothing .if you want good service friendly people goodcustomer service people who are professional then go to the one on 1500 west elcamino. Great sevice. Tell them jaja sent you.
