Dear Rent-A-Center Management, I have been a loyal and excited customer for quite some time. The team at my local store has always been helpful, patient, and professional, which is why I have continued to do business there. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. My husband ordered a GE refrigerator and we received the wrong one, plus it came damaged. I took pictures to send to my husband so he can let them them. They told him that the correct refrigerator would be delivered Monday, well it's Tuesday and NO refrigerator and the damaged one is in my living room. Real quick to take already 2 payments
At first I didn’t like this place then they got a new manager name Lexi very nice helped me fix my payday even tho I was upset she still had great customer service she made me feel welcomed and I appreciate that great job
I would rate it 0/5 stars if possible - CUSTOMER BEWARE This the worst store/business I've ever encountered; I signed my lease in the middle of November for a refrigerator that was in their warehouse ready to be delivered. I waited the 3-5 days for a "confirmation text message" that never arrived. After I called the store to inquire, I was given the runaround by the store manager for an additional 2 days until the weekend hit.
