Dear Rent-A-Center Management, I have been a loyal and excited customer for quite some time. The team at my local store has always been helpful, patient, and professional, which is why I have continued to do business there. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I went to this store yesterday and they are INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOME INFESTED. I brought it to their attention they knew about it and still have no problem selling you furniture. Absolutely disgusting I’m calling the city on them!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Delivery was not on time and I get a phone call for payment the day payment was due without giving me time to pay
My husband ordered a GE refrigerator and we received the wrong one, plus it came damaged. I took pictures to send to my husband so he can let them them. They told him that the correct refrigerator would be delivered Monday, well it's Tuesday and NO refrigerator and the damaged one is in my living room. Real quick to take already 2 payments
