Placed an online order very excited for the new couch until…. Once I called this location the customer service was definitely very poor gentleman would not even discuss the issue set the phone on the counter was very short and rude. Still love the couch I would just check your locations before signing a contract.

Losey service , genesis and her store manger are bs. 2 was waiting still no delivery. 3pm -5 pm mon 04/28/25 . No couches I waited 2weeks . Genesis and her store manager waited two weeks , leo calls at the last minute to say he can't im not in the jurisdiction. My son is graduating I need these couches i get a voice-mail they ain't coming. They had 2 weeks to check my location all the info I gave them they never checked. Saturday (3/22) a little after 5:00, im driving down Peoria in my company's work vehicle, and this stores drivers in a van and a box truck, decided their time was more important than anyone elses so apparently that meant speeding down Peoria was acceptable while also being right on everyone's ass that was infront of them, including mine when I'm clearly in a marked company vehicle. Definitely should have read the reviews before purchasing from this location! Rudest woman/manager that I have ever dealt with. We have had our items for 7 months never had an issue until the past 2 weeks. We was late before and payed it immediately on the day we asked. Last week, we asked them to come to get the couches - husband left work early they didn’t show up. Then we got charged the whole amount even for the couches. I was promised I could make a small down payment until next payday with the impression that I would be receiving my merchandise within a few days. Fast forward to a week later and not only was my delivery pushed out another day (7 days from the time I was approved) , but they called right before delivery and told me they would not be able to deliver until I paid a balance due for something I had not even used or received yet.
