I would never ever rent or try to buy anything from Rent-A-Center there are advertising a bundle onon the website which is false advertisement because you go into the store and all of a sudden the bundles not available but we were just texting an hour ago before I came into the store.
I was a little frustrated that I couldn't rent the matching recliner with the sofa and loveseat. And also when I agree to take used furniture why my weekly cost doesn't decrease? I was pleased with the selections and they're several more items I would like to rent in the future to furnish my apartment and hopefully I will be able to do so for a more reasonable rate for the complete set( meaning end tables, coffee tables, entertainment center along with the sofa loveseat and recliner). Great Service even better people. Staff was amazing to work with and friendly. Very informative and helpful. Def recommend for anyone and everyone. Clean store and open. Feels like home.
These clowns called me 12 times in an 8 hour period because I was 2 days late on my 80 dollar payment, mind you I have never missed a payment or been late on a payment and I have since paid the 80 dollars and the little funky 6 dollar late fee. This store and the staff members need to do a better job of treating good customers as such and not assume that if someone is late that they are trying to take you stuff. It’s a boo for me!!!
