worst service ever never even received my washer and dryer the little foul mouth manager didn't like us calling and wondering where our washer and dryer was after we payed for it over a week ago do they take care of their customers as well as they take care of their delivery vehicles because we know item s because we called and wanted to know where it was she cancelled our account.

They gave us bed bugs and refuse to do anything about it. We were told to leave it in our house until they did a investigation and the. They came and picked it up and refuse to take our phone calll. They do not care about three kids and me being pregnant and us having to put so many chemicals in our brand new house that was just renovated a month ago. This place is on a trip! The most unprofessional liars in the business. Don't rent from them. EVER! They are scoundrels! You shouldn't be employed by a big company if you have the inability to use the word "yes" when someone asks you a question. Uh-huh is not correct in a professional setting. Leave my niece Tiffany Rosonet alone. Im dealing with ignorance. Im on the phone with corporate and will have the matter handled promptly and PROFESSIONALLY (MIGHT NEED TO LOOK IT UP, YOU DO THAT IN WHATS CALLED A DICTIONARY.
Worse place ever!! Bad customer service and a manager who is rude as hell. I recommend anywhere else but Rent a Center. Bought a phone from them and less that 2 months later it would not start up. Gave some BS excuse about no manufacture warranty UNLESS you paid extra for their warranty. Go to Arrons go to Kmart (they do rent to own as well)!
