So far it's been good hope it stays that way
Ty, Nick and the rest of the crew has always been friendly and helpful whenever I come in. The experience i get from them are top notch. I usually walk in let them know what I'm looking for and they help me or I start looking at an item and they inform me of the product and if it's not what I'm looking for they show me some other product like it that they think I would be interested in.
They've got a new crew working here and they're terrible! You ask them to come pick up appliances and convienetly they can't make an appointment with you that day and they also cant answer you when youre going to recieve the items you sent in to be repaired back. But they can show up without notice while you're at work and cover your entire laundry room in water.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their employee made a mistake and said they would transport our stuff we were paying off through them when we moved. We have been a good customer for 2 years getting things we needed for our house. Anyways, they canceled on us last minute on Saturday to move our stuff. Then said they could do it Monday. People that I know have purchased from this place before and I’ve heard nothing but good things about them, so I figured I would give them a shot. Needless to say they did not lie! I can’t remember his name, but I got a Meta Quest 2 from there last night (01.31) about 30 minutes before closing and he was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Got me in and out within 15-20 minutes with the full setup!
