The ladies at this location are very rude and unprofessional. Very disgusting behavior over the phone. I will not be doing any business with this location. When I tried to work with them a few months ago, they were the exact same way. I honestly could not believe how messy and rude they were. When I spoke calmly with them they still were very snappy. Just a terrible experience with this rinky dink location.
Rent-A-Center saved the day! Needed a new sofa ASAP and they delivered! Comfortable, stylish, and affordable rental options. Friendly staff, easy process, and flexible payment plans. 5 stars and highly recommended!

I owed one last payment of 38.91 and forgot that I got a new card so when they called I told her wen my new card came I would make the last payment she agreed that i could pay once it came and the very next day Carmen called everyone on my reference list as if I was trynna run off with her stuff and even went to my old job! I will never rent from here again the other rent a centers are not like this but she is terrible! Not to mention how much they over charge you for used items never again!
Because of the same woman that seems to be getting complained about by others, we will no longer be dealing with them after next week. The absolute rudeness of her is insane and idk how she’s allowed to work there. I will be returning the tv and buying a brand new one out right for les than what we owe still and work have to deal with the nastiness. We’ve rented two items now.
