Poor customer service jamar Robinson one of the employees likes to makes threats to woman with their child right next to her .jamar is extremely disrespectful and his manager is just as bad does nothing about their workers they rent out broken stuff got a washer that don't drain and a dryer that's just as junkie store won't have it fixed asked several times and was lied to saying the stuff was new when it clearly wasn't. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone
Extremely unprofessional. I started my account online & wasn’t contacted about delivery or anything so I had to call, when I called they told me I had to bring in proof of my lease, cool. Did that. Was then told I’d be contacted for delivery. Once again, was not contacted, I had to contact them. When the day came for delivery, they went to the wrong address, not that big of a deal but also another inconvenience.. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy. The manager is arrogant, believe me, you won't want to deal with this person. I recommend you go to other Rent Center stores in the area.
I got a new refrigerator and new speaker that my husband got for me and him they work fine.
They severely overpriced their electronics after looking up the model numbers to everything they have I found that everything is either a couple hundred dollars to $1000 more than Best Buy Walmart or target and these are not discounted prices in anyway I found an LG 4K smart TV 85 inch for $3000 at Rent-A-Center that exact same model is $1000 anywhere else and that’s full retail price so why would you pay $3000 when you can get it at full retail price for only $1000 that’s just one example all that you have to do is look up ... read more
