The one thing I don’t like is I rented a recliner over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I don’t understand why it is taking so long. Rent a Center was fast and efficient. Was friendly and helpful with all my needs and answered all my questions. I changed to a 5 star. The reason is they have been so patient and have been working with me.

I don’t know how i reviewed this place and had given it four stars!?! Because i won’t ever rent from this place and would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!! I paid for a pair a stove an fridge online ($10 i will never see again!!!) an a week later was told i didn’t qualify as a renter because i was paid in cash!!! Great customer service. My first time dealing with them and they helped me get exactly what I was looking for at a great price. And to top it off, I don’t even have to wait a month for delivery.
I haven’t had to step one foot in the store everything has been handled online which has been very convenient. I love that I don’t have to go in the store to do anything everything can be handled over the internet & over the phone. Also I been paying for an LG washer and dryer for like 2 months and found a cheaper deal so I’m getting to swap mine out an everything I’ve already paid will be put towards the new washer and dryer 💜😁🤩
