Never in my life dealt with such a level of customer service that blows my mind they are still in business. Not even a month late and they are asking when to pick up their product that I have been paying on for quite some time. The attitude I got from the manager and text messages were insane. This place is a joke with a bratty teenage mindset running the business there. I made an agreement with the manager to pay an out the door cost, and have my first payment moved 2 weeks after their normal date. That never happened. After discussing the issue (when they called me for a payment) it was said to be resolved. I received another call later on asking for a payment. I said no and this was already resolved. Awful experience from the beginning. Customer service was awful. We had to take the couches off the truck ourselves where one of my coworkers good injured. They didn't bring the tables so when they came back with them, they still were missing one of the tables in the pack of 3. The one couch set had dog/cat fur all over and smelled like urine. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the couch that i rented. When i called to have them pick up couches, they kept saying they would come that day but never did. After 3... read more
I have nothing to complain about both the people in the store Tyler and Lily were fantastic. They got me in and out quick. I brought an item back the next day due to a software issue, and they immediately started the process of sending it out to get fixed, and they helped me with another item I wanted. They are kind, cordial, and they are good conversationalists.
