They're very nice but they didn't bother telling me or asking me if I wanted insurance, they just charged me for it. And when I asked about it, they didn't bother apologizing, just made it seem like it was necessary. So be careful what you sign, Read the fine print first.
Horrible first they say that I'm approved and I give the first week payment and I'm suppose to wait for contract agreement and a delivery date and come to find out that it was canceled and denied due to them running my information along with another application that was denied which shouldn't had happened. I'm still waiting to get refunded for what I had paid and to hear back from cooperate about my situation. It led me to take my business some where else. I was very disappointed on how everything was handled.
Customer service is bad Communication skills even worse Let’s not forget they don’t realize the voicemail picked up and leaves a voicemail calling customers thieves talking to other workers when this happen payments were given Wednesday and they called Monday two days b4 thankfully we returning things don’t gotta deal with disrespectful people
One star because Ivan is a very difficult store manager. He makes you feel like you owe him money out of his pocket. I received a text message saying if we needed payment relief to call the store, I did and Rick was so very helpful. I admit we fell behind on payments but was only one payment behind (35 dollars) and Ivan was incapable of assisting with a solution.
