Awesome store to use if you need something. I would ask for the manager, Chris. He has never let me down. He will work with you in any situation. Very clean store.
Great customer service. Kenny, Jim, an few other guys from the Westerly Rhode Island store are amazing. Always telling me about deal that are coming up. I definitely built a friendship with those guys. They remember me even meeting me once. Great guys. I give them 5 stars plus A+++++++ for customer service
My only negative about Rent A Center is that they don't report to the Credit Bureau.. That would be a great benefit for so many people who like us pay faithfully every month and keep doing business with this company. Please, please make that change! 🙏🏻
Only reason why I have bought from them is because I was in a pinch. I have been renting my items for a little over a year now. I have never missed a payment. When I knew I was going to miss the payment I called them to let them know I would be in that Tuesday the 18th my rent was do on 15th to make the payment As I had just received a new card and for some reason the app wasn't working for me to update my auto pay stated they couldn't find my agreement under my email.
