We have a washer, dryer and oven from them, we pay quite a bit for these 3 things and be warned even if your 2 weeks late they will threaten to come and take your shit even when you’ve paid every month. Absolutely heartbreaking that they can take time out of there day to come pick your stuff up but cant wait 2 weeks for a payment when you’ve been a loyal customer for almost a year. I have had a washer now broken for going on four weeks now I had told him about it. They’re supposed to bring me and switch out a washer because I couldn’t I can’t use my washer and they told me today that they will be bringing one to swap out between three and 5 o’clock today. Love the people. They make getting what you need enjoyable and as easy as possible. I got the AC I needed in 20 minutes. Paid, paperwork, everything. Thank you!!!

Now THIS store knows how to treat customers! I forget the gentleman's name but he was AMAZING! He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and upfront! That other location needs to take noted! Maybe they can learn something!
