Completely unprofessional behavior from their manager Lutz. We had a couch scheduled to be delivered by 5pm. 5pm rolls around and nothing no word or anything so we decided to call the office. The office phones are down so I drive to the location and ask about an update on our expected delivery. Definitely do not recommend purchasing any furniture from here manager Lutz is completely unprofessional and doesn’t have basic customer service skills They’re never great about communication or bringing your deliveries on time or even bring right furniture I’ve never been to a business that has been so unorganized and have employees that did not know how to do their jobs
Had a couch delivered to my house the couch that was delivered was super beat up and worn down to where you could feel the bars when you sit. Lack of Consideration or understanding this now leaves me without a couch. They could not find anything in their entire inventory that Was comparable to what they were trying to sell in the beginning.
